Answer: We use a variety of hair, it just depends on your preference and how much money you would like to spend.

2. Refunds?

Answer: Absolutely no refunds! All sales are final! Due to the fact that hair extensions are considered a hygienic product & DO TO THE PANDEMIC (COVID19) we don`t accept any returns, exchanges or refunds. However, we guarantee that all of our products provided are of the highest quality as well as the most secure.

3. Shipping?

Answer: Please allow 7-10 days for your unit to be
shipped, however it may take an additional 3 days do to the pandemic(COVID19).

4. What is a Quick Wig?

Answer: A Quick Wig is a QUICK glued wig constructed with a closure or frontal. This method will last a year and beyond, It was created for the on the go person who doesn't have time to make an appointment.

5. What is a Customized Unit?

Answer: Customized unit is made specifically for your head size. You would take measurements of your head, submit them to us to make sure you have the perfect fit.

6. What is the lifespan of my extensions/wigs?

Answer: Without a doubt the most difficult question to answer. The life expectancy of your hair extensions/wigs/units solely depends on how well you maintain and take care of them. That's why we give you a rough estimate of 2 to 3 years. With proper care!

7. What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer: We accept Visa, PayPal and MasterCard to ensure the safety of our clients when shopping on our website.

8. Can I color the hair extensions?

Answer: Yes, you are able to color the extensions and wigs/units however we recommend you to consult a licensed professional for coloring.  

9. Wig/Unit Combs and Adjustable Bands?

Answer: Per your request, an adjustable band and or wig combs can be added at an additional cost.

10. Can i mail my wig back for maintenance?

Answer: All wigs/units can be shipped back as need at and additional cost or you can refer to the care card provided with your unit.
